David Kite has core skills in business management, man management, project management, quality management, materials management and management training in both general manufacturing and also the service sector.

David Kite's career began in the Aircraft, Tyre and Pottery industries, where he worked in various technical departments. He has also been a Director of a large Packing and Logistics Company in the Midlands.

Following his earlier initial wide technical and managerial experience he became a Management Consultant, and has worked with several large Consultancy organisations.

He has also worked with London Underground both as a Business Manager and Consultant and was extensively involved in their re-organisation during the mid 1990s and introduction of Quality Standards in Workshops, track and engineering areas.
