Profile
Grenville has over 10 years experience working on large industrial projects both in the UK and overseas, and has also been involved in the facilitation of Self-Assessment workshops for 3 DTI Industry Sector Benchmarking projects.

He has worked with a variety of management teams, and has considerable experience of facilitating strategic workshops. In addition, he played a vital role conducting interviews, facilitating workshops, data analysis and report writing on the WDA Source Wales benchmarking programme.

Grenville has worked closely with numerous Trade Associations, undertaking business assessments of member companies based on the European Foundation for Quality Management, in order to develop a programme for improving overall industry sector performance.

He has also worked on research projects with numerous membership organisations, including surveys on behalf of the National Farmers' Union and the National Day Nurseries Association, providing analysis, project management and report writing skills.
