It also provides an outline plan for the process and organisational change that will be required within your business. The aim is to provide vendors with the information they need about your business to develop an accurate proposal. We do not use generic specification check-lists that can be downloaded from the web, as these can never accurately reflect the key issues of importance to your business, are of little use for you in comparing potential systems, and are also disliked by vendors. Quantify the benefitsWe quantify the benefits to the business of any changes proposed. You can then use this to develop a CAPEX case and make an informed investment decision for your business. This also ensures you do not measure project success merely against whether the system was implemented on time and within budget. By identifying the desired benefits at the outset, we provide you with a true measure of success for the project. You can then use this to establish where corrective actions may be necessary to make further improvements. Manage the changeWe help you manage the required process and organisational change within your business For a project to be successful and deliver true benefits, requires the commitment of the people within the business to drive the necessary changes to working practices and improvements to processes. However, people are naturally fearful of change, as they feel comfortable with what they know. It is therefore essential to consider this and manage it effectively, or the project is unlikely to be successful.
