Membership organisations are under
pressure to justify subscription fees and provide
valued services to an increasingly diversified
membership.
Often the services which consume the most resource,
such as lobbying, are least valued (or recognised)
by members, but are essential for raising Government
support for the sector.
With limited resources available, it is therefore
essential to set some clear, measurable objectives
and to clarify the roles and responsibilities
of the various officers within the organisation.
Using appropriate tools and techniques in facilitated
workshops with your team, we can help you achieve
this by developing an effective strategic plan
for your organisation.
This will define a longer term vision for the
association, which will be broken down into
prioritised and manageable tasks for the year
ahead. Responsibilities can then be assigned
and appropriate measures determined to monitor
and report on progress, using Balanced Scorecard
Principles and One Page Reports.
